For our tenants’ convenience, we offer freight elevator access at the Hide House. In addition, we provide elevator access to guests that require it; we simply ask that you accompany them to their destination. If you are new to our community, or have not yet been trained to use these beautiful antiques, kindly contact the front office to receive a brief training. We also ask you to close the elevator doors after use to ensure good working order for every tenant.
We offer two sites for all tenants to dispose of trash and recycling:
1. Behind the Hide House’s main building.
2. In front of Building 10, within the parking lot.
To keep this process running smoothly, kindly break down/flatten boxes, leave recyclables unbagged, and avoid overfilling the dumpsters. We thank you for keeping our collective environment clean and professional.
All tenants are required to maintain a $1,000,000.00 business insurance policy. This can be obtained from any insurance agent. You can find a sample COI in the "Download" section at the bottom of this page. If you have questions please call the office at 414-480-2200.
The City of Milwaukee requires all tenants to have an occupancy permit in their offices. Please download the "Occupancy Certificate Info" pdf below for more information.
